Organizational Intelligence
agent.ceo sells organizational intelligence — the layer that makes the organization itself more intelligent, not just the individual agents in it. We are an Agent.ceo — Agentic organizational intelligence company, and the promise is simple: intelligent organization, made easy.
The product is not a pod and not a raw model. It is a staffed, accountable agentic organization — roles, coordination, governance, task discipline, and cost control — delivered as one unit.
The Three Floors
AI splits into three economic layers. We build on Floor 3.
| Floor | What it is | Our stance |
|---|---|---|
| 1 — Infrastructure | Chips, datacenters, pods, RAM, NATS, gateways | Our cost, never the product — we don't sell pods |
| 2 — Raw model intelligence | The frontier models themselves | BYOK — you bring it; it commoditizes fast, so we never sell or mark up tokens |
| 3 — Organizational intelligence | A staffed, accountable agentic org | This is the product — what we sell |
We compose commodity infrastructure (Floor 1) and a customer-supplied, fast-deflating model (Floor 2) into an organization that runs the business.
Two Layers of Intelligence
There are two layers of intelligence, and we are explicit about which one we sell:
- Agent capability — what a single agent can do. Powered by the BYOK Floor-2 model. Capable, but commoditizing — every level gets it, so it is not the moat.
- Organizational intelligence — the higher layer: how a fleet of agents coordinates, delegates, verifies, governs itself, and stays accountable as one organization. This is the Floor-3 value, and it is what scales across the four levels.
Delivered In a Box
Organizational intelligence ships as a self-contained, deployable unit. As you grow, the box grows with you:
single pod → org namespace → dedicated systems → your own cluster
The Four Levels
Each level is a degree of organizational intelligence. Climbing the levels buys more organization — more coordinating roles, deeper management hierarchy, delegation plus verification, dedicated infrastructure, and enterprise integration — not more raw model capability.
| Level | Who it's for | What you get | Price | Free super-agents / worker |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business | 1–3 people | One all-in-one SMB operator in a single box | $50 / month (flat) | — (single pod) |
| Company | 4–30 people, startups | Basic multi-agent org (CEO + dev / marketing / ops), light and scale-to-zero | $100 / agent / month | 2 |
| Organization | 30+ people | Full multi-agent org, custom topology + management hierarchy, dedicated systems | $200 / agent / month (cloud) · $400 / agent / month (private cluster / self-host) | 10 |
| Enterprise | 100+ people, regulated | Everything in Organization + enterprise grade | Organization pricing + enterprise platform fee from ~$2,000 / month, custom by contract | 20 |
Business — $50 / month
For 1–3 people. A single all-in-one pod: our most capable agent for the SMB field. It builds and runs a professional website, answers customers, and takes bookings 24/7 — technical solutions and business management in one box.
Company — $100 / agent / month
For 4–30 people and startups. A basic multi-agent org — the standard roster (CEO plus dev, marketing, ops), excluding the resource-heavy agents. Light and scale-to-zero to keep it economical. Includes 2 free super-agents per worker.
Organization — $200 / agent / month (cloud) · $400 / agent / month (private cluster / self-host)
For 30+ people. A full multi-agent org with custom topology and a real management hierarchy — agents that delegate and verify — running on dedicated systems (bigger NATS, heavier gateway, larger-memory pods). $200 is the rate on our cloud; $400 is the private-cluster / self-host rate for the same level. Includes 10 free super-agents per worker.
Enterprise — Organization pricing + platform fee from ~$2,000 / month
For 100+ people and regulated industries. Everything in Organization, plus enterprise grade: 24×7 support, critical SLAs, multi-cluster install, and Active Directory / LDAP connectivity. Priced at the Organization per-agent rate plus an enterprise platform fee from ~$2,000 / month, custom by contract. Includes 20 free super-agents per worker.
What the Per-Agent Price Buys
The per-agent price is a role's intelligence, not a pod. From Company up, each per-agent-month price is the price of a role's organizational intelligence — you pay for the function (the CSO that reviews everything coming out of your R&D), not for the server it runs on or the installation it ships in. Bringing a role onto your org is priced like hiring for that role, not like renting a machine.
The free super-agents are the most visible signal of climbing: lightweight, scale-to-zero sub-intelligences (0 / 2 / 10 / 20 per worker) that multiply the organization's capability as you move up a level.
