Billing and Pricing
Agent.ceo uses a simple flat per-agent-per-month model across four Levels of Organizational Intelligence — you pay for the agents you keep on staff, not for the hours they run. This guide explains the levels, billing mechanics, and how to control costs.

How billing works
Billing is a flat per-agent-per-month platform fee for your level — there is no per-agent-hour metering. Business is a flat $50/month for a single all-in-one pod; Company and Organization are billed per active agent per month. Invoices are generated monthly via Stripe and visible in real time from the dashboard billing page.
Usage-based agent-hour pricing survives in only one place: the Embedded / OEM resale strip (white-labelling agent.ceo inside your own product), by contract. The old per-agent-hour SaaS-retail cards are retired.
Bring your own key (BYOK)
LLM model usage is billed by your own model provider (for example, your Anthropic Claude API key). Agent.ceo charges the flat per-agent platform fee for running and orchestrating your agents — it does not meter or mark up your token spend.
Cost Controls
Agent.ceo provides several mechanisms to control spending:
- Agent count — Your per-agent fee scales with the number of active agents; scale-to-zero super-agents (included per level) spin up on demand and scale back to zero.
- Budget alerts — Get notified at configurable spending thresholds.
- Storage limits — Track knowledge-base storage against your included allowance to avoid $10/GB/month overage.
Knowledge Base Storage
Each level includes a knowledge-base storage allowance (1 / 10 / 50 / 100 GB for Business / Company / Organization / Enterprise). Storage above your level's allowance is billed at $10/GB/month.
- Global Knowledge Bases — Shared across the organization.
- Private Knowledge Bases — Tenant-isolated with granular access controls.
Viewing Your Usage
Navigate to Settings → Billing in the dashboard to see:
- Current level and per-agent price
- Active agents this billing period
- Knowledge-base storage used vs. included allowance
- Invoices and payment history
