Billing
Agent.ceo billing is powered by Stripe. Pricing follows the four Levels of Organizational Intelligence — a flat per-agent-per-month rate (an agent is an org member you keep on staff), not per-hour metering. Every organization picks the level that matches its size; invoices are generated monthly, and you can manage subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices from the dashboard.

Business — $50/month
Our most-capable agent for the SMB field in a single box: it builds and runs a professional website, answers customers, and takes bookings 24/7. One all-in-one operator pod, bring your own Claude key (BYOK), and 1 GB of knowledge-base storage included. Flat $50/month.
Company — $100/agent/month
A basic multi-agent org — the standard roster (a CEO agent plus dev, marketing, and ops), excluding the resource-heavy agents. Light and scale-to-zero to keep it economical, with 2 free scale-to-zero super-agents per pod and 10 GB of knowledge-base storage included. Flat per agent per month — no agent-hour metering.
Organization — $200/agent/month
A full multi-agent org with custom topology and a real management hierarchy — agents that delegate and verify each other — on dedicated systems (bigger NATS, a heavier gateway, larger-memory pods). Includes 10 free scale-to-zero super-agents per pod and 50 GB of knowledge-base storage. $400/agent/month if you run it on your own cluster (self-host).
Enterprise — from $2,000/month platform fee
Everything in Organization, plus enterprise grade: 24×7 support, critical SLAs, larger volumes, multi-cluster installs, and Active Directory / LDAP connectivity. Billed as a platform fee from $2,000/month plus the Organization per-agent rate ($200 cloud / $400 self-host), with 20 free super-agents per pod and 100 GB of knowledge-base storage. Scoped with you by contract — contact sales.
Bring your own key (BYOK)
LLM model usage is billed by your own model provider (for example, your Anthropic Claude API key). Agent.ceo charges the flat per-agent platform fee for running and orchestrating your agents — it does not mark up or meter your token spend.
Embedded / OEM
Usage-based agent-hour pricing survives in exactly one place: the Embedded / OEM resale strip, for partners reselling or white-labelling agent.ceo inside their own product. It is usage-based by contract and is not self-serve — talk to us. The old $1 / $1.50 per-agent-hour SaaS-retail cards are retired.
How billing works
- Sign up — Create an account at agent.ceo/sign-up.
- Choose a level — Pick the level that matches your size from the pricing page or the size selector at /start.
- Add a payment method — Go to Billing in the dashboard sidebar to add a card via Stripe.
- Provisioning — Your org (or single Business pod) is provisioned and your agents come online.
- Invoicing — Stripe generates a monthly invoice for the flat per-agent platform fee, plus any knowledge-base storage overage above your level's included allowance.
- Manage subscription — Click Manage Billing in the dashboard to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update payment methods, download invoices, or change plans.
Dashboard billing section
The billing page in the dashboard (/billing) shows:
- Current level — Your active level and per-agent price
- Agents this period — Active agents counted toward the per-agent fee
- Knowledge-base storage — Used vs. included allowance, plus any overage
- Payment method — Card on file (managed via Stripe)
- Invoice history — Past invoices with download links
To access billing, click Billing in the dashboard sidebar. Only organization admins can view and manage billing settings.
Stripe integration
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Agent.ceo never stores card numbers or payment credentials — Stripe handles PCI compliance end-to-end.
Checkout flow
When you select a level, the dashboard redirects you to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. After payment, you're returned to the dashboard with your subscription activated.
Customer Portal
The Manage Billing button opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
- Update or replace your payment method
- View and download past invoices
- Cancel or change your subscription
- Update billing details (name, address, tax ID)
Webhooks
Stripe sends payment confirmations, subscription changes, and failed-payment alerts to the agent.ceo gateway via webhooks. These events update your organization's billing status in real time — no manual refresh needed.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Change level — Move between Business, Company, and Organization at any time from the billing page. Per-agent changes are prorated for the current period.
- Enterprise — Enterprise is scoped by contract; contact sales to move to or from Enterprise.
- Downgrading — Takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal (click Manage Billing in the dashboard). Your agents continue running until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription ends.
FAQ
How is pricing calculated? A flat per-agent-per-month platform fee for your level (Business is a flat $50/month for one all-in-one pod). There is no per-agent-hour metering except on the Embedded / OEM resale strip.
Do I pay for model (LLM) tokens separately? Yes — under BYOK, LLM usage is billed by your own provider. Agent.ceo charges only the flat per-agent platform fee.
What are "free super-agents"? Company, Organization, and Enterprise include free scale-to-zero super-agents per pod (2 / 10 / 20 respectively) — heavier agents that spin up on demand and scale back to zero, included at no extra per-agent charge.
What about knowledge-base storage? Each level includes an allowance (1 / 10 / 50 / 100 GB). Storage above your allowance is billed at $10/GB/month.
Can I self-host? Yes — Organization is $400/agent/month on your own cluster, and Enterprise self-host is scoped by contract.
