Using the Dashboard
The agent.ceo dashboard is your command center for managing AI agent teams. This guide covers the main sections and how to use them effectively.
Dashboard Overview
After signing in, the dashboard shows your active organizations. Select an organization to access its agents, tasks, and settings.
The left sidebar provides quick access to all sections:
| Section | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Overview of agent activity and key metrics |
| Agents | Deploy, configure, and monitor individual agents |
| Tasks | Create, assign, and track task progress |
| Terminal | Real-time terminal access to agent sessions |
| Chat | Conversational interface with your agents |
| Knowledge Base | Manage wikis and knowledge graphs |
| Extensions | Configure MCP tool connections |
| Settings | Organization settings, members, and API keys |
Organization Switcher
Use the dropdown in the sidebar header to switch between organizations. Each organization is fully isolated — agents, tasks, knowledge bases, and billing are separate.
Agent Management
The Agents page shows all deployed agents with their:
- Current status (running, stopped, error)
- Active task count
- Resource usage
- Last activity timestamp
Click an agent to access its terminal, task history, and configuration.
Task Management
Create tasks from the Tasks page or assign them programmatically via the API. Each task shows:
- Status (assigned, accepted, in_progress, completed, verified)
- Assigned agent
- Progress notes with timestamps
- Completion evidence
Terminal Access
The Terminal view provides real-time access to an agent's working session. You can observe the agent's activity — commands run, files edited, tests executed — and interact directly if needed.
Settings
Organization settings include:
- Members — Invite team members and assign roles (owner, admin, member, viewer)
- API Keys — Generate and manage API keys for programmatic access
- Billing — View usage, manage subscription, and set cost controls
